PATHICK ENGINEERING WORKS
Acquired in 2013 in Rajnandgaon, this RDSO approved vendor specializes in advanced track fastening solutions. It operates as the group’s dedicated manufacturing hub for customized J-Clips and specialized anti-vandal, anti-theft galvanized fasteners.
VEERA TRACK FASTENERS PVT. LTD. (VTFPL)
Acquired in 2010 in Rajnandgaon, this RDSO-approved subsidiary is a premier manufacturing powerhouse. It executes the high-volume production of Elastic Rail Clips, focusing heavily on delivering durable Mark III and Mark V variants.
GOPAL EQUIPMENT & CASTINGS LTD. (GECL)
Incorporated in 2008 in Bhilai, this specialized facility focuses exclusively on precision light and heavy casting operations. It plays a critical strategic role by significantly bolstering the parent group’s internal heavy equipment and industrial casting capabilities.
GOPAL INDUSTRIES (RAIL FORGING UNIT)
Located in Hathkhoj, Bhilai, this facility represents the group’s most recent infrastructural expansion. Commissioned in February 2025, it houses a state-of-the-art rail-end forging unit, executing high-precision operations directly adjacent to major national steel producers.
